Munky Bizness started in Spring 2008 because we were sick of paying too much money for skate equipment.  We refuse to pay high prices for equipment we need to skateboard and have fun;  So we started selling boards  with the goal of supplying local skateboarders in Brampton, ON. with affordable skate equipment.  The response was amazing so now we are on-line with the same independent philosophy that ‘Everyone should be able to afford skate equipment, shoes and clothes. Skateboarding is fun and keeps kids out of trouble.‘  We will b opening a retail location at 43 Queen St. E, downtown Brampton.

Our responsibility as people in society is to maintain and build for the upcoming generations, which means being positive role models as well creating opportunities for the younger generation to become positive role models themselves. It is too easy for kids to get caught in the wrong crowd and find themselves victimized by the judicial system because not enough funding goes into social programs. So we have to give younger people the opportunity to do positive things. Skateboarding is just one example of something that kids do to stay out of trouble . The problem with a lot of activities that keep kids out of trouble is that they cost money to maintain, so ultimately the kids that can’t afford to partake in certain activities, and ultimately can’t afford to stay on the right path.

This is why Munky Bizness Online Skateshop, even though fairly new and small, is growing at a rapid rate because we have the lowest prices on the internet for skate-related merchandise.
